Parties involved

Smart GmbH operates the websites www.extrait-des-poursuites.ch, www.betreibungsauszug.ch, www.estratto-delle-esecuzioni.ch and uses the systems of Collecta AG for this purpose. The purchase price, along with any fees from the debt collection agency (see Costs), will be billed by Collecta AG.

Ordering procedure

Orders can only be placed digitally. By completing this form, the applicant confirms that all information provided is true. Orders cannot be canceled. Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email with a download link that you can use to download the document. This link is valid for 7 days.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes place within one working day. However, depending on the debt enforcement office, delays may occur. The operator has no influence on this process and accepts no responsibility for it.

Costs

A fee of CHF 18.00 is charged for each debt enforcement register inquiry in accordance with Article 12a, paragraph 2 of the Fee Ordinance to the Federal Act on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy. This fee is included in the purchase price.

Payment options

Visa and Mastercard issued in Switzerland as well as Twint are accepted payment methods.

Disclaimer

SMART GmbH accepts no liability for damage caused by transmission errors, technical defects and faults, operational failures, unlawful interference with the ICT systems of the user or third parties. Similarly, no liability is accepted for damage or non-fulfilment of the order caused by publicly accessible systems and transmission networks or resulting from faults, interruptions (including system-related maintenance work) or overloads of the ICT systems.

Data processing and data security

SMART GmbH and Collecta AG process personal data of the customer and the users designated by the customer only to the extent necessary and for the purposes required for the conclusion and performance of the contract. Any disclosure of the customer's personal data is excluded. Collecta AG and its vicarious agents take measures in accordance with the requirements of ISO 27001 to protect the proper operation of its technical infrastructure against negative external influences (viruses as well as other harmful programs and files, unauthorised access to systems and data, etc.) as well as against the loss or falsification of data due to technical errors. However, SMART GmbH and Collecta AG cannot guarantee that these measures will be effective in every case.

By submitting the form, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the above statements, explanations and terms. If the form is incomplete, your order will be considered void and cancelled without further notice.
